Automatic subscription of service

Aircel is always deducting balances activating its own services against my number (9853642150). when ever i recharge my number, automatically 15-30rs gets deducted activating any service. Whenever i call on 198, costomer care executive always tells me that service is activated by me. It fustraits me a lot.today also balance deducted.aircel should give me compensasion
