SUB STANDARD 3G SERVICE

My mobile no. is 9658183181.I recharged my SIM with AIRCEL 975 3G voucher which promises speed of 9.2 MBPS on 12/10.But since recharge the speed is very low and ranges between 0-10 kbps with occassional spike in speed. The 3G connectivity is not there. Its 8th day the complain is not resolved and I am demanding money refund or a resolution. In fact Aircel is cheating customers when they do not have the infrastructure to launch 3G services. They are not responding to my mail also.

Please help me getting my money back or convert 3G data card to equal amount of call time.

Its to be noted that Rs.99/- BSNL plan is giving 4GB monthly validity with speed of 200-500 KBPS.So its clear how Aircel is cheating customers with Rs.975/- 2.5 GB plan in name of 3G.I am simply cheated by Aircel. Please advise them to call me at my no. 9658183181.
