Deducting my balance without giving information

R/sir/ madam,

I am using airtel sim and from last few days they are deducting my main balance by some activation and that activation is not done by me. The customer care they are not receiving the call and not behaving positively .. They never refund my deducted balance... Pls stop doing deduction.. Its a request...
