Hello,

I had recharged my number's for 59rs by watching a add or offer in Internet which state that if we recharge for 59 we will be getting a benefit of 200 L/N SMS free for 90 days! But where in on both the numbers am getting only 100 free SMS after that its charging 1rupee per SMS, for which i called for your service 198 the executive who was on call was telling that only 100 sms are free not 200 hundred for which i have received a sms stating that i will able to enjoy the benefit of 200 sms per day for the above mentioned offer, But when your executive was noncommunicable to give service he told me that its only 100 sms has been approved from Govt per day so we cant do anything and the most pain full thing is when i asked him to transfer the call to the manager he made me waited for 10-15 mins on line and after that he has given to some other executive next to him and after the conversation he is telling he is not the manager which was not at all professional. If it is only 100 sms approved by Govt we will not be charged 1rupee for the 101st sms instead we will receive a sms stating you have crossed your daily limit and we will not be able to send sms after that which i agree.

And its not a matter of 59 rupees but i feel cheated for the same and before this you can check the record of both my numbers that how many times you peoples have been refunded the money back for which un usable services activated by you and after calling you peoples for 100 times you will refund the amount.

I need my refund else i need 200 SMS free as mentioned below.

Note: If am not wrong only your executives are telling only 100sms approved by Govt were as it is 200 for all the networks.

We tried calling you on the given number but we were unable to reach you, As per the confirmation received from the respective team, we wish to inform a waiver of Rs 59 has been posted in both your account alongthwith deactivation of the service.
