Deduction of balance

I activated Whatsapp service provided by reliance communications which charge Rs 16 per month.

but after the activation of my service, still i am being charged for using whatsapp and my balance is is deducted continously.

when i try to talk to costumer car executive, they dont respond to my complaint. and when i ask them to lodge a complaint or ask to talk to higher authority executive, they just hang up my phone and then later dissconnect it.

So i request to solve my problem asap becuse my balance it continuously deducting.
