I am Nitesh Jain using 09990001787 mobile number since september. I got convert this number from prepaid to postpaid in april. And in august I wanted it to convert back in prepaid. The manager in Idea care center of DLF-3 told me that it will be converted come next day. When I went their next day which was Saturday, he told me we can not process your request on weekend, while the customer care of idea told me you can get do your request any day. The TFR number of that idea care center is TFR-331.
