Activation delay

I had applied for airtel postpaid to prepaid conversion after paying all the unbilled amount also, on 9th october in bangalore rajajinagar relationship centre.

but from the day one my friends are going and asking about activation status. but of no use. they changed 2 sims and 3 times i submitted the documents. even though no response from them, but when ever i call the ring tone will be" airtel awarded as number one service provider" i fed up with their response. their network may be good and conversion from prepaid to postpaid is also very fast but this is too worst. the suffering number is 9845673310
