On 16th Dec 12, I called on this no. *****23104 around 10:30pm for 8.52mins, where I got charged 1Rs/min i.e. 9Rs as per 8.52mins,
But till 16th Dec 12 my calling charges were 1paisa/sec.Since 16th Dec I don’t know why I have been charged 1Rs./min. and don’t know why airtel has provided customer care number 121 and 198 where customers are unable to reach customer care help desk whenever I call to Help desk, system (auto system) disconnects my call, I have already complained about help desk service now I am very frustrated with this services.
