Sub: Complaint regarding the wrong information provided by the customer care person and the store person.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I gurpreet singh virdi mobile no : 7666106904 wanted an internet pack to be activated on my no, I went to a reliance store in Sadar, Nagpur. And recharged with 98 /- internet pack on which I was about to get 3 gb data, before recharging I called in your call center and asked them about the value pack, and also the store lady, they both said that it will work, but that was not done. When I called back the call center to check the availaibility, they said that the acc is not yet recharged. The store lady said that the amount cannot be refunded. It caused a lot of mental harrashment and stress.

Your company is not at all supportive and it has got no professionalism, the staff is 3rd grade in terms quality and they are not at all trained well to deal with customers.
