Hello,
I had surrendered my telephone no. 27480951on 24-8 and had done all formalities on the same date.
i had this landline at akurdi.
the bsnl office i did all surrender and billing was of chinchwad.
still i have not received the cheque of my refund after surrender, they say that they have posted the refund, so that refund goes to air i suppose.
pl help me out in getting the refund.
