Gave different service instead of what i paid fo

On 30/12 I have complained against my mobile number 8013202142. But i did'nt receive any call for the complain I lodged from aircel.

A aircel representative called me and said that they will deduct rs98 from my account and in lieu of that i will be getting 5 hrs of talktime for 1 month. I agreed and asked them to activate the service. Thay deducted 98rs from my balance but i did'nt receive 5 hrs of talktime instead when i called them they told that a gprs plan has been activated. When i told them the whole story they said that they are helpless. I would like to say that i don't need the service. Just deactivate the service as soon as possible and return my 98rs back to my account.
