I activated data pack of Rs.67 valid for 30 days on 29/11 and i received the confirmation message as below

It was supposed to end on 29th of december but it deactivated suddenly today and lost Rs.8-10 due to that. Please do the necessary to refund the same amount and activate my data pack back.
