Set the service with information and detuct balance

They Deduct 15 rupees from main balance .and they send me the this massage " Your subscription to Aircel Music Connect Service has been renewed for rupees 15 for 30 day " i did not subscribe any type of service and thay deduct my balance every time... it's happens with me from last 2 month .so plz take an action against them ..
