Money deduction from main balance when the internet pack is available

This is to inform you that i have done a recharge of Rs 145.00 for unlimited Internet on 20/12 and after 10 Min's of the same in have again done a recharge of Rs 150.00 for main balance. but my balance is fully cut from the main balance. I need my balance back at any cost. This is not at all fair from the IDEA cellular services that cutting the balances how ever they want...
