GPRS SETTING FOR IPHONE 3GS

Dear Sir,

I am using AIRCEL network for the past 2 years and I am using Iphone 3GS mobile. I want to access net in my mobile and so i need GPRS settings to access the same. From last 2 days im trying to contact Aircel customer care in 121 (2214), 12888, 198 still date i havent got any proper response from any of the above. The service is too poor, i couldnt given get the settings.
