Gprs speed very slow

Dear sir,

I am sajal kumar kundu from salkia Howrah.

I am using aircel sim with datacard huawei umg1831.

My aircel mobile no 8013141536 from 20 days I am facing some problem from my

aircel gprs network. It is very slow and I cannot do net surffing and the gprs download speed is 1 to 2 kb / sec and sometimes even 0 kb/sec.

please solve my problem.
