I have recharged my mobile with 250 Rs plan on Oct 29th 2012. I was under impression that I would get unlimited 3G in my mobile. But believe me, even after adding tata.docomo.internethvc APN I could not browse to the Internet. I really respect Tata as a brand, but unfortunately the name is being spoilt by their customer care executives.
I even have some names from customer care executives who could not solve my problem for the entire month. Unfortunately the plan lasts for a maximum period of 30 days.
People who I've contacted : Nagesh G, Thomas, Kranthi, Sathyanarayana, Sanjay, Sateesh, N Naresh & Sudhakar from customer care.
Now, do you really think Tata should launch these new plans without educating their own staff / customer care?
Now I'm facing the same problem with 2G pack now. I've just recharged my mobile with 81Rs. But I do not seem to get any 2G or internet. Why the hell we people should spend so much money when you do not have proper customer care executives? I've called them 10 times, out of which 9 times they are busy and they ask me to write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and the other time a lady picks the call and cuts the call in a couple of seconds. I demand Tata docomo to refund my 81Rs and I request them to train their custom care people. I request them not to waste our time.
