Delay in New Broadband Connection

Hi

i have booked a new connection for bsnl broadband in the month of October 15th but till now i did not get connection except my allotted phone no i.e 080-23205055.

i have contacted SDE, JTO, DE but no use they all say their is no cable pair for connection from the date of booking, that too we are located in centre of bangalore.

If You can't give connection then how will you Connect India (slogan of BSNL).

My no is 9986148144 make sure the connection is given ASAP
