A useless service was started on my number a week back without any such request being made by me.i tried reaching airtel customer care executive, however it was of no use as their customer care automated response system just thanked me for calling airtel rather than connecting me to any of their executives. I'm being charged for a service i never requested for and it is being renewed every week.this is not something that has happened for the first time and the response that you get (if any) from the company for resolution of such issues is pathetic.
