Despite Faridabad being one of the vast NCR cities, Aircel has still not been able to enhance their reception or network coverage. Their customer service people are pathetic. They have no sense to speak to the customers. They have no 3G coverage. Worst ever GPRS speeds i have experienced so far. They are the worst. I would prefer switching over to Vodafone or Airtel than to continue with Aircel. I am writing this with utmost frustration. Not only Faridabad, Its Gurgaon as well, where they have the same condition. shame on you aircel... You guys have got the worst Telecom service so far. I was so happy using Vodafone. I made the biggest mistake by switching over to Aircel...
