Unfair balance deduction

Today i received a message from Tata Docomo as given below.

"Hi! You have successfully subscribed to offer of the day service on tata at Rs30/30days till 24-Jan. To Stop, Dial 155223 (tollfree) or dial *660*9# to unsubscribe"

30 rs from my balance is deducted. i contacted customer care. what a service man, my call was attended by a Tamil lady who don't know any other language.

anyway she managed to say that Tata Docomo is not responsible for the balance deduction and she don't have the authority to refund my lost balance.

i can't believe Tata Docomo even charges for customer care services.
