My DoCoMo Number is 8976118634 and I've lost my Password. When I click forgot password link and provide the Mobile Number and click continue, it shows "Dear Customer, you have not changed your initial PIN. If you have forgotten your PIN, please contact customer care at 121 (Post-Paid & Pre-Paid) to receive new PIN".
