I writing this to let you inform that i am not able to use my Airtel connection. Today 25-Dec when i was about to send text to my friend, it has come to my attention that its not working properly. it shows that Sim card registration failed.
In fact i am in UK and my sim is on international roaming and i used to get text and some times i send text to india and i always maintain 1000 rupees in balance.
I urgently need to get it cleared because this is the connection which i have been using for many years. if you dont mind could you please find out the errors and get it cleared. My airtel mob no is 91 9995 231 231 . i am available in 0044 7445 307 526 which is my uk no. i wish you could make a call to my uk no for further details. i have been waiting for your quick response.
