Not Providing Proper Information

Dear sir,

I had applied to change my Bill plan from 499 to 199 plan & it was informed by the executive seated in the call center established by Aircel.

I asked them to change my plan they said it will going to be changed in 48 hrs. but when i call after 48 hrs first they said that plan was change & when i asked from which date it was informed that no sir it was in the process it will be done by tonight when i call them again the same answer were replied.

But as after a week when i asked what is the actual reason they said that plan was for woman so we can not change that plan for you. when i asked that this information you have to provide me earlier also nothing was answer.

i don't know weather the executive seated in the call center are trained or not

Gys be sure & check & Ask twice or thrice before taking plan from Any telecom co.
