Hi DoCoMo,
2 days ago I was browsing on my Lumia 800, by mistake I clicked some ads which immediately activated a couple of dive-in services without my intention and I lost some 90INR in this way. Few months back also the same thing happened and I lost 100INR. Your customer care is of no use in this regard, as they say they have no control over this. Why docomo is activating the divein services without proper acknowledgement from the user? Due to the small screen on devices like smart phones, many times the wrong touch points are getting clicked and docomo is taking this as an advantage.
Please implement an sms acknowledgement system before activating any service.
Please give back my money which I lost 2-3 days ago via dive-in services.
