Not working

Dear sir,

I would like to inform you that my land line No.2401542 is not in operation for the last 2 months. Inspite of repeated complaints to our telephone excahnge S.R.M.Road, no action is being taken to rectify the fault. Kindly investigate and do the needful to rectify the fault as soon as possible. Other wise I am planing to DISCONNECT the service and go for the other rather to pay the bills every month with out using it.
