Online Recharge plan not get proper manne

I had recharge from following web site option

today (28/12) morning at 9.03 am. I had selected Unlimited Packs plan 299. Where I am suppose to get Per day Free 30 Local Min to other network. Which I had not get yet. I call to ‘198’ from my mobile where first I talk to Mr. Mohmmad according to him the plan has been changed now it gives 1 GB internet data free which is not mention online when I recharge also still it is not showing such kind of information. Again he connected to Mr. Harshal he was also giving such kind of reply also both of customer care executive are not ready to take my official complaint according to them this is not a complaint.
