Balance Deduction

Dear Sir,

I am Use a Aircel sim card befor 4Year back, last 4month back i Recharge my Number 350 Full

Tolk time then aftr 2, 3 days my balance was deduction daily 35RS i call to Cust Care but not have any solutions this matter my all balance was deduction with in 10, 15 days i many time complait to cust are but not have any reply, i tolk with mr saleem, rajesh, rahul, hardeep ext i have all recording this call pls help me this matter
