SIM ACTIVATION

I received new SIM on 26th December with the assurance that it would be activated on 27th December. I have been chasing the help line 121 / 198 and even Gurgaon call center - but to no avail. Till today (31 Dec) it is not activated. Great Service Airtel!!!
