Sir,

I am Amit Kumar, I was airtel customer from the past two years, but unfortunately due to my personnel issues I did not made the payment of my postpaid mobile 9686300017 of Rs3705/- only. I am currently out of the Bangalore. When I analyzed the bill it seems unclear to me as I didn't enjoyed any Internet packs services as my Sim card was also not inserted in my handset. So, I shoot a mail to airtel for which I got an automated reply that my concern will be addressed soon.

Meantime, the airtel collection people was calling me and i told the same thing to them and I want to quit airtel services after clearing all my dues, but they didn't understood and after that they started using abusing words, I too abused them and in return airtel called my people back home and abused my family also. This is unacceptable, I am very much interested to meet that collection executive personally as I will let that guy go easily..

Now, as I didn't got any reply from airtel side I am writing to you because I want an explanation. I have cleared my all dues with airtel.

I have that collection people numbers also, so I am coming to Bangalore soon and I will for sure fill a complaint or even I will contact my legal advisor regarding this issue.
