After one full month the faulty telephone was set right on 26/12 and again from today viz 1/1 the incoming bell ringing is faulty and not working on my telephone No.01894263949 under SDO/T Baijnath subdivision. It is not understood why the BSNL deptt is fooling the land line users. Kindly intervene to get the complaint removed with the instructions to department to be careful or stop service at all so that we are saved to pay bills for faulty telephones.
