Hello today at 1.30 pm date 2.1.2013 i have dialed *121# with my airtel no. I.e. 9198281222 i have checked monthly internet pack of rs. 98 with 1 gb data and 30 days validity .ok after that i recharged my no. With 98 rupees but i got only 650mb with 21 days validity, after recharging i have again checked the monthly internet pack by dialing *121# and it was showing the same i.e. 1gb data with 30 days validity.

After that i called customer care and they are just deducting my balance and cutting call every time.

Mr. Om singh and sandeep were on customer care helpline first they are not telling their names and when i forced they told there name and cut the call one of them didnt tell his name...

Now tell me what should i do i have a screenshot of that now tell me what should i do even i cannot call customer care i m calling it with my brother no. 9198912966 .now they have blocked both the numbers.

I want a complaint against this...
