Deduction of amt

I recharged my mobile for sms pact for Rs.36 on 12/12 @1.47pm. I recharged my mobile for full talk time of Rs.160 on 31/12 @12.50pm. I got a msg tat my sms pack has been auto renewed on 02/01 without my consent. When i tried to call my frnd @ 10pm yesterday (2/1) i got an auto generated voice tat i don't have sufficient balance in my mob and ask me recharge my account. I was shocked to hear this news. I cant understand wat is going on in air tel company.
