Unnecessary Charges in my bill

Sir/madam,

. I'm a customer of airtel using a postpaid connection..this month I have received a bill of rs 4817.74 which where i never cross my bill of rs800 every month..when i checked my bill they charged me for internet usage where in i got 2GB (2048MB) free usage but i consumed more i, e 2651MB means i have to charged for 603MB only..so according to the charges it is 50ps/50kb..so if calulated my bill not even cross 1000rs including my voiceplan charges..so i want clarification as nobody is responding to my bill clarification in the customer care nor in the outlet... please help me What to do
