Unnecessary deduction of money

Sir,

This is Linga Raju E V (with mobile number 9741769346), and i am here to express my disgust at airtel customer care in providing the services intended to be. Money has been deducted from my account inspite of paying for an internet plan for my mobile. First of all talking to an airtel customer care faculty is so difficult considering the computerised interaction system of 198. Secondly, when i called the customer care, the person asked me to wait and the call was on hold for about 20 minutes and nobody answered. I called again and the reply was that their computers crashed which i think they made it up just so they can avoid the complainant. Now i cant even talk to customer care because after i dial 198, there is no option that leads to a talk with the customer care faculty. I can't believe that the faculty are so unaware of what to do when such a complaint comes. I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible.
