Unable to get 3g settings

Dear sir,

my number is 8686200076.i have sent a request for 3g settings to 121 but i am getting a message that 3g settings are already activated in commercial pack and i am unable to activate 3g internet because of it.i ve tried calling customer care but couldnt get any help.so please check the problem and rectify it.
