Wrong deducion and harrasment

Dear Sir/Madam,

| This is to ventilate you that we are using Reliance GSM Prepaid mobile connection

|in the since few years.

|It is to my great surprise that being associated the your company with

|such a long period how can the co. and its employees mislead to such a n extent.

I have recharged my account to avail the benefits of Whatsup Application under the current scheme where one needs a balance of Rs. 16 to avail the services for one complete months as per the co. plan. As per the instruction of the customer care executive i proceeded and they wrongly deducted Rs 22.50 from my balance and didnot even provided me with the services which i Opted for.

Being a customer i lodge my complain to the Customer Complain no 198 and the operator admitted their wrong deduction and assured me that its the co's fault and your balance would be reverted within 24 hrs and gave me S.R no 195569566 as my complain no. I crossed verified with the operator and he assured me again that no wrong deduction would be entertained and i would receive back my balance.

On 07.01.2013 i received a sms from no.59111 the SR No. 195569 has been processed. I checked my balance but there was no effect to the same. I again called the no. 198 & now the story was completely different where the operator said that the amount is correctly deducted and no balance would be reverted and the reliance keep on sending me the same sms three more times conforming the same and i was in between my work and getting disturbed by such kiddish behavior of sending the same sms four times.

The story did not end here the co. again send me a sms on 08.01.2013 conforming that the complain was resolved on their part Stating my wrong decrement has been verified and the amount is deducted for GPRS usage on 07.01.13 now stars the different story of reliance as till 07.01.2012 at 8.59 am my phone was not GPRS enabled and the Co. send me the configration of gprs on 07.01.2013 at 8.59.46 am than how can a person use GPRS in the Midnight on 07.01.2012 at about 01.00 am as thje phone was gprs enabled only after configuring the same at about 9.00 am on 07.01.13 and why they deducted such an amount incorrectly.

Every co. wants growth in revenue but such a misleading service and growing in this manner is a shameful act.
