I m Prabhakar Sharma and i m filling this complaint against Aircel service provider. My complaint is that yesterday 07.01.13 i had recharge my mobile phone no. 8575429427 with a tariff of 62. I heard about this tariff plan on Aircel IVR, on which they said that if i recharged with this tariff plan of 62 i will get a full talktime of 62, but when i recharged i got free talktime of 160 minute of all local call which i don't want, and after that i called the customer care on 198 to submit my complaint that i don't want 160 minute, i want full talktime and please refund my money then they said we can not do anything about this, it's not our fault. I just want to know if they are not providing what they are promising then why the are showing it. After hearing this, i m filling this complaint. So, please help me for refunding my money of Rs. 62.
