Transfer from mother to son

Sir,

I have applied for transfer of bsnl landline telephone no. 033-26728284 from mother to son. I approached to bsnl exchange serampore with all required documents. Dealing clerk accept the documents and forms. But even after six months job has not done. when i asked about the delay i got different reply at different times like dealing person is on leave, he is not in his table, supply failure, computer system failure, lost your documents are few excuse.

Hence i request you to take appropriate measure to solve this problem.
