Dead phone from 20 dats

Respected Sir,

My land line phone is not Working from last 20-25 days as I did complain on 198 number but BSNL officer or Worker are not responding. I have visited 4 times in Telephone Exchange C.A road, Bagadgang Nagpur, My Telephone no.(0712) 2736929 the phone is registered on name of my father Sushil kumar Roy.

please kindly I request take some appropriate Action against them.
