USB data card number 9867102947.
I have purchased AIRTEL 3G USB data card from AIRTEL authorised
distributor (Piyush Mehta 9967788000, Mumbai Kandivili)
Payment of Rs 1399 was made in cash as demanded by vendor. But receipt was not
given by vendor saying that it would be dispatched on my mailing address once
Data card is activated.
Till date I haven't received receipt in spite of repeated reminders to Piyush
mehta.
As there was no response from AIRTEL, I requested AIRTEL to provide me duplicate bill of this transaction, but there is no progress on it & no update from AIRTEL appellate officer in spite of several reminders.
Denying receipts is against basic consumer rights.
