My Name is Kamal deep Khattar R/o 12A New Adarsh Nagar, Ferozepur City (Punjab) My Aircel Mobile No. is 8567975276. my complaint is aircel company activated my service Pyar kay Funday and cut my balance Rs30/-. I am complaint 198 14 time and aircel 12days refund my balance. I am rechare 55 then sir is received message. Your subscription to Aircel Missed Call Service is going to be renewed. Charge Rs15/ month. To deactivate dial *999*2#. Sir is am seeing the message & Put the complaint 198 then i received one another message Dear customer, your service request number 1- 9021259411 has been sucessfully processed on 26/7, Sir 26/7 Customer care adjective says i am deactivate our service i m saying him sir, my balance is not cut, he is saying me u'r balance is not deduct when deduct u'r balance Aircel back u'r balance. Aircel cut my balce evening time 26/7 i am dialing 198 and i m talking to mr Rohan Customer Care adjective i m put my balance complaint. He is told me Sir u'r complaint no. is 9021259411 u'r balance is refund within 72 hours, today August 03 my balance is not refund. I am revised my complaint 198 he is says that u'r complaint 9021259411 is miss call service that is not refund complaint. I am told him sir, put my complaint balance refund regarding Customer care adjective says me. Sir complaint 24 hours in put u'r balance is not refund now. plz sir see my complaint and take action immediately
