Wrong dedution for balance

Dear sir

This is to inform that myself sushant das with the ph no 8811917424 was trying to contact airtel 198 complain number to increase the speed for my internet pack, while a pack of 20 rupees got activated on this no, wheras its a complain id only.

after the balance was deducted there was no way to contact to contact the customer care for help, after due time calling from an other airtel ph no the customer care supervisor (name Sanjib paul, airtel, superivisor airtel) coudnt give the exact details abt the deduction and referred me to call the zonal officer LISA DAS, Ph no.- 9957134865, for the further assiatance

please take the note of the complaint and take necessary measure for it
