My BSNL landline 08027833866 is dead from one month!! Repeated complaints to local exchange was of no use. I am a BSNL customer from past 15 years and its an OYT connection. I have a unlimited broadband connection associated with it from past 5 years. I am using annual payment option. Recently there was a road repair in my area and the BSNL cable was damaged. The local exchange is not ready to replace the cable. The responsible higher officials (JE and DE) reacted in a non professional way. They spoke very rudely telling they cant come, dig and lay cables. If they are charging 800 per month then they are responsible to provide the service. (I dont mind if they come and dig). I have paid bill till next year april. I want my connection to be restored soon and two months bill to be refunded.
