Balance Deducted without notification

Dear Sir,

I'm a consumer of Airtel company having a connection hnumber 08010698832, my pre-paid balance is duducting each time without any notification. I am not availaling any type of services for which I need to pay.

Kindly help me to stop unwanted balance deduction.
