Unnecessary Balance Deduction

I'm a consumer of Airtel and these guys have been constantly deducting my balance without any prior information.

I haven't authorized to any scheme that encourages balance deduction. Kindly take some action as I've seriously become tired of recharging my cell. Kindly help me in getting my balance refunded..
