tis s my mobile no 9498042069 my problem s till oct 31 my mobile was in the plan named as NESAM & then on nov 1 my mobile plan changed to CNI PER SEC several times i tried to contact bsnl customer care but i received an computer voice saying that that if u have low only u can speak with customer care.so i request you to take immediate action on tis & make me to return to NESAM PLAN .thank u
