This complaint is with regards to the collections department of Airtel landline services (DIVYASHREE collections)
one lady Miss.Priya had called me a few days ago with regards to the payment of one of my phones
i told her to send the executive but then i realized i don't have to pay the said amount cause there has been an error and my September month s payment has not been reflected.
so i didn't make a payment to the executive and this lady got abusive and very rudely spoke to me asking who will bare the cost of petrol for the executive who has traveled so far to collect the payment.
this is not the way they treat a customer.
if i was at fault also she cant speak to me in that sense.
hope this complaint can make a difference and hope they learn a lesson.
