I am a Aircel consumer (91-9716-320-281). I received a SMS to day15-11 on 2:33 PM that a dialer tunes service activated within 24 hours. I surprise have no make any request for this. Within a moment I called 198 and complained for this. They said the service will not activated on your mob. On 2:43 PM again a SMS came from Aircel that DT will be changed. Again I have complained on 198. After that on 2:58 PM a SMS came from Aircel that your request for Unsubscription will be processed within 24 hrs. Aircel have not inform me for deducting amount, but they deduct a handsome amount from my balance…
these type of subscription done by company is totally wrong. It’s a cheating with customer also. I called several times to customer care to returning my detected balance but they deny me and abusing me also….
sir I am requesting you to returning my balance as soon as possible… this is not a good way to cheat customer this way… I am your customer since 2years and I didn’t have face these type of problem before today…
so please take action against it soon, I am waiting for your reply…..
