I used tatadocom 2g net about 2 hours duration on 05.08.2013 morning from my number : 8792676599 and at that time I have Rs. 469.81 in my main account. When I confirmed the main account on the same day at 0935 hours I was surprised to see that only Rs. 1.51 was left in main account. I tried to contact the customer care number 121 but the call could not be received by them. Then I contacted with my another tata docomo number and the representative told the deduction was correct but could not tell my how much data I have used on 05.08.2013 morning. Can a customer use 468 MB of data in two hours @ the rate 10 paisa per 10 KB moreover the speed of 2g in my village is maximum 3-5 KB. Now they are not lifting of my calls from any of the number.
I received call from no. 4066570530 on 08.08.2013 stating that we are unable to refund the amount but I express my concern that my 2G data connection was disconnected so many times but I have not received any message about data usage, if I would know about my deduction than I would have stop to use 2G service moreover tatadocom are providing unlimited 2G pack in Rs. 250 by giving Rs. 222.50 back in main account. Am I fool to use 20-40 MB data for Rs. 468. Tata Docomo is cheating the public by wrong means. Many times, they have deducted amount in the name of Criket or other service without my consent.
Regularly, I am receiving the message about the call charges after disconnecting the calls but on 05.08.13 I had not received any data usage message, according to TRAI, this is right of customers to know the usage amount but neither they are accepting their fault nor refunding the amount. Now I am going to send complaint to TRAI about unfair deduction from innocent public members.
